• We are equipped with 4 high-speed CNC machine tools featuring a spindle speed of 42,000 rpm and machining precision of 0.005 mm, plus 2 five-axis CNC machining centers. We specialize in the machining of automotive molds, such as automotive rearview mirrors, interior & exterior plastic parts, light guides, light guide plates, and two-color products for taillight housings.
• Our workshop houses a total of 16 CNC machine tools with a machining accuracy up to 0.01 mm. The maximum processing dimension reaches 2600×1600×900 mm, with equipment brands including Makino and Mazak. btd Company was founded in 2017 and is located in Songgang Town, Shenzhen City Covering a plant area of 2,000 square meters, we currently employ over 90 staff, among whom more than 20 are professional engineers dedicated to product design, mold development, design and manufacturing. Our annual turnover stands at approximately RMB 75 million.

In order to better serve European customers, Btd established a branch in Erfurt, Germany in 2022. The branch is mainly responsible for providing mold after-sales maintenance services for European customers and handling urgent projects with short delivery deadlines from customers.
